Dance fitness Instructional series Video number 4: Toning (Arms) This is my third video which is a continuation of the Warm up + Cardio from the second video from this series to now doing Cardio. In this routine we have focused on hands workout. Make sure you extend your arms well , don't put pressure on elbows , keep the extension nice and clean and when you take your arms back try and touch your back this helps in involving both your biceps and triceps , you will fell the burn . Also keep your core engaged , tail bone tuck in so that you feel your abs also involved .
