Dance fitness Instructional series Video number 4: Toning (Arms) This is my third video which is a continuation of the Warm up + Cardio from the second video from this series to now doing Cardio. In this routine we have focused on hands workout. Make sure you extend your arms well , don't put pressure on elbows , keep the extension nice and clean and when you take your arms back try and touch your back this helps in involving both your biceps and triceps , you will fell the burn . Also keep your core engaged , tail bone tuck in so that you feel your abs also involved . Do not drop your arms , keep the reps in place . I know its little tough when you start but with practice you will get the right posture . Just follow my instructions and workout. I am sure it's going to help you in understanding the choreography as we involve every part of the body simultaneously. So far I have been sharing dance fitness routines with you which you have always loved and I know it has helped you in working out but what I thought was missing are the instructions behind every movement. I have also received many requests where I was asked to come up with proper instructional series which will help the viewers to understand the science behind every movement.
