15 Minute Post Thanksgiving Ab & Butt Burning Model Workout That Will Leave You Feeling Amazing | No Equipment Necessary & Easy At Home Fitness Routine | Sanne Vloet Hey Guys, It's the last week of Wellness Month, how does everyone feel about making wellness and health a priority in their life? I shared my little Friendsgiving with you guys last week so I really hope you enjoyed a more intimate gathering of my close friends. Since Wellness Month is almost over and Thanksgiving was last week I thought it was a perfect time to share a fun, but tough 15 minute ab and butt fitness routine. So since we won't be eating a holiday meal this week lets get back to our routine and build those muscles. You will notice if you engage all your muscles during a workout it will work your entire body. Since the focus is on the abs and butt make sure to keep your core engaged! This is such a great workout for me to do at home, in the gym, or in my hotel room. It's super easy to fit into your workout routine now without having to add any fitness equipment.
